Is there a way to send a bulk Welcome to all the new members...
Let's make sure this is not taken the wrong way, after reading all the messages you want to respond to, you then bulk them together and send a nice Welcome to all.

Not that I know of. It seems kind of bad and sad to send "bulk Welcome" posts, since that's a good sign you don't/won't read their posts. It's very cold, IMO. So what's the point of sending them, if you're not reading them?
Kind of like sending holiday card and not signing them.

Well, with that out of the way...I still don't know or ever heard or have seen a way to do that. I'd suggest getting on everyday and keeping on top of the posts that you haven't posted on.
