This has been addressed several times here in the forum issues section and you should be able to search it. Clearing your cookies AND your Cache should take care of the problem. Most of the time it has been a Firefox issue. Most people using IE do not have this problem. I use both and it's only a problem on Firefox.

I stand corrected. It is not an IE problem too. Probably due to a recent update. I'll forward this problem to the techs again to see if they can fix it.

Huh...I thought I was just stupid, I hit my arrows & they dissapeared aswell & can't get em back! I don't anything about this IE8 or foxfire? But I'm gonna try to clear the cookies & cache deal.
Just Tried the cookie Delete (Groups Membership Section was collapsed). I have Vista and IE8, the cookie delete worked for me. I have this site set up in my favorites so I had to uncheck the option to keep cookies on Favorite websites to reslove the problem.
