I have looked around and haven't found it, but it seems like a good idea would be to have a forum just for the ladies. My wife is just starting to ride and was looking for a place to hear stories from other women riders.

That is pretty cool, but not the same as the message boards like here. The social group is more like a never ending blog rather than a collection of topics by thread.
