I have a 03 fatboy and noticed a wobble in the front end. I balanced the front tire, checked the bearings in the wheel and the fork neck. I only have the wobble if I take my hands off the grips( I found this out by accident as I normally don't ride without holding on). If I hold on or even just lay my hand on the grips with out holding tight it doesn't wobble. I have tried it at all speeds and it doesn't matter it doesn't wobble as long as I am touching the grips. I don't know if this is normal as I have spent the last 40 years on sportsters and dynas.
