Default Excessive fairing shake

My 2008 SG has excessive shake/vibration from 1000 to around 1800 rmp. I have replaced the fairing mounts and inspected the front motor mount which appears to be in working condition. Any suggestions? Thanks........

I had the same problem. Both fairing mounting brackets were broken. I fixed those, and the fairing broke where it is attached to the mounts. I have been reading everything I can find about motor mounts. I think I am going to spend the bucks and try the Glide Pro mount and see if that helps. There is a similar looking mount on e-bay, but I cant find any after install info on it.

Default Riser Bushings

Took the motor mount off and I have the newer HD hard rubber mount. The center bolt was torqued to about 1000 ft lbs which probably isn't helping. My riser bushings are bad and when I move the bars back and forth the fairing moves also. Have a new mount and bushings on order and hope to see a big improvement.
