Question Front brake failure

I have a '95 FLSTN(low mileage purchase 5yrs ago) ,went to ride it after a long storage and no front brake! Bled it no help? What happened ? Should I rebuild caliper? Been riding and wrenchin' for 45 years and never had this happen before, matter of fact I've had 3 Heritages and have only had to replace pads that's it.Worked fine when I parked it in my garage last year.Due to illness I was down for quite awhile.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

Probably the master cylinder.
Given the age of the bike I would rebuild the master cylinder and caliper(s).

I agree, a rebuild kit for the master cylinder doesn't cost much nor take long to install. It probably isn't pumping due to seal failure.
