You need to take it to the dealer. This is rare and obvious you are not sure what you are looking at. It truly needs to be trailered unless you check to make sure your caliper is not tight. If the lever got bent and you pull on it , it could lock up and wreck you and driving with just the rear is illegal.

I agree with Ripsaw, it's best to get help to sort it out. If you have a warranty contact the dealer, otherwise you could look for a local independent Harley specialist, who should be cheaper.

Cool

So what is the fix? I have a 2010 Ultra Classic also and Just had new brake pads installed a few weeks ago. I drove down the street today and went to grab the front brakes and the brake lever locked up. I missed my turn and almost wrecked with my wife on the back. I went to bleed brakes and lever was stuck - no matter how hard I squeeze it. So I removed the line at the master cyl and lever worked perfectly, so appears trouble is after the Master cyl but before the caliper as with both lines off the calipers I cant squeeze the line - Im baffled? Thinking its the distribution block under the tree? But not sure and looking for a fix. Thanks in advance, Dan

Does it have ABS? If yes then it might be a bad abs module.

While I don't want to call this a common issue, it definitely happens more than it should, I have had 4 bikes through my shop in the last few years with this issue. Part number 48343-09 is the culprit, and on 2 of the occasions we had to replace the electronic ABS controller, part number 40649-08. I hope this helps.

Then i received a recall to have the brake lines bleeded out well they did this a few weeks back at brian's hd with a bunch of attitude. So it's been in my garage and today i noticed the front lever is hard as a rock any ideas. Thanks
