Default 96 ultra steering issue

Hi, im new to harley, 96 ultra, new to me, went for a ride this weekend and noticed something. Im not sure if this is normal or not, never noticed on other bikes ive owned, anyway, going thru some twisties and when i lean into a sharp corner, i can feel the handlebars wanting to turn even sharper than im turning them. Kind of like getting "sucked" into the corner. Hard to describe the feeling. Anyone felt this before, is this normal?? Thanks for any advice in advance.

I recently installed a 1997 FLHT front end on my '78 Shovelhead. Mine does the same thing at low speed, especially when starting out from a stop and making a turn. It happens going either direction. I have to really hold it sometimes or it feels like it will go to the stops. Haven't really noticed it at speed, but have not done any hard cornering at speed yet. Not trying to highjack your thread, but curious to hear comments since we are having a similar problem.
