Default Fork cap torque?

Is there a torque spec for the fork caps on a 1995 1200 Sportster? Looked in the FM but don't see any mention of one. Thanks, Tim

For a Dyna, it's 16-43 ft/lbs.

I don't have a sportster manual, but I can't imagine it would be much differant.

Thats a wide range. I guess I'll split it and go 20 on it. Thanks for the input, I could not find it listed anywhere in th FM. Tim
