In the manual, it says that if you remove the front rotors from the wheel, you have to replace the bolts. I understand that they have threadlock compunt on them, but couldnt I just apply some of my own and re-use the old ones?

 

It's more of a stressing on the bolts and a safety factor that causes them to add that comment (liability). I'm sure many have reused them but it's your life that we're talking about here for the price of a few bolts???
