Default Softail Air suspension

I m just about to received my 07 Night Train and i the only thing i havent change on it at the dealer is the suspension , because i want a ajustable air suspension on it !

I have to order it next week so i have to make a choice

Wich system you used on your bike ?

There s option

AIRFX
Progressive AIRTAIL
LEGEND

My choice is going over the AIRTAIL but i have read bad thing about that setup ... I have talk with local shop and the mechanics said that the problem with that system is you have to be very carefull in installing plastic line , so they have not any resistance on it , if not , they will probably leek on the shock fitting ...

Thanks for the help !

Check out the Platinum Air system before you buy. I'm running the bleed and feed kit and absolutely love it.

Hi Guys, I've been looking to get some air suspension myself. How much doe's the platinum set up cost, how easy is it to install and can anyone tell me where the air compressor fits, as I have converted my FXST to right side drive due to my 280 rear end!
thanks

I've got the Progresssive Airtail set up on my Fatboy.Put it in over 3 years ago and have had zero issues with leaks.I'm not sure ,but I believe the Airtail and the Platinum work on the same principle. Two airbags that work independent of each other to control the height and the ride quality.I think Progressive originated the idea, but I'm not sure.I do know know that they have a good rep for make world class shocks for all kinds of applications. If your local shop thinks there's an issue with leaks maybe there's an issue with their ability to install things properly.

Hi guys, just joined and need info on SAS air suspension by Custom Cycle Controls. Any one had experience, good or bad. Looks neat with built in air compressor. Thanks.
