Default 09 Nightrain front end Help needed

SO I just installed a legends air ride susp on the back of the bike and now want to lower the front end. I won't cut the neck on the frame. So that leaves me a couple options. can I just buy say 2" shorter fork tubes and install them? Or I wouldn't mind a little more rake but not sure how much over stock I would need for my tubes. I need help from someone that actually knows what their talking about.

Thanks
