Default Front Brake Noise

After a few stops in city traffic, my front brake develops an annoying squeal/whine. It goes away when I pull brake lever, but as soon as I release the brakes it comes back, Any one got ideas as to wtf is going on. Thanks in advance

Usually if brakes squeal, they do it when applying the brakes. My guess would be a wheel bearing. Put the bike on a lift and spin the wheel and see if you feel any grinding or roughness.
