Installed the 1 inch drop with 3 clips on my 2010 flhx. Easy job however the drop is actually 1.5 inches. I have measured against standard flhx.


I since removed 1 clip to soften and now its 1.75 lower but no fender to bar issues.
I just thought riders would like the info.


I may go back to 3 clips but will ride more first. She cuts like a knife now , the twisties are no problem. I have varied springs and spacers 5 times now. Got it down to 1.5 to 2 hours. I just wish the clips were higher that way I could just drop the slider and add or pull out. Now I always have to drain the oil and pull the rod out to reach the clips.
