Contacted him about a week ago, he was going to put a new Battery in it and get back to me, and I never heard back

Sorry to be off-line for the last week or so, the watch is still available and with the fresh battery installed, keeps good time. I've posted a couple of photos including the watch in the original box from the Franklin Mint.
