I have a room at the base of Mt. Rushmore (40 Minutes From Sturgis) that I cannot use for Sturgis this year. I paid $840 for 5 nights beginning Thursday the 31st. The hotel would not refund my room but they have given me a credit for the same rate for next year. Normally, you need to get these rooms 9 months in advance but now I'm covered for next year.

As far as Sturgis rallie's go, if you've been to one you've pretty much been to em' all.

 

True enough ... and of course all the older Rallies were "better" ... It's really the people you meet, going back to "check in" is always cool
