Just ordered a Paughco Softail frame with a 180/200 swing arm. They said that if you run a belt, 180 is as wide as you can go, but that's a 1 1/2 inch belt.. I'm wondering if I could put a 200 mm on with a narrower belt,, if so how narrow would the belt have to be?

20mm is stock width on softies w the 200mm rear.

 

If the frame is wide enough to run a 180 with a 1 1/2" belt you should be able to get a 200 in there with an 1 1/8" belt...but I would mock it up before I bought a lot of parts.
