Default TC88 cylinder question....

I posted the same in the engine forum, but there is way less traffic there so ill ask here too...

I bought a set of take off jugs and pistons. Less than 500 miles in them. Seller said off of a 99 TC88. Part numbers are the same but the batch numbers on the cylinders are not the same.

Is this normal? Is it something I need to be concerned about?

It makes no difference what so ever. Batch numbers Is for recall purposes
only. If the Moco ran some bad parts, the batch numbers would tell the
Moco which machine ran them, what day and what time of the day they they were
produced so they could pull them back. Basically a batch number is for traceability.
