Face shield...wrap around or bubble?
Its been decades since I've used a face shield. At that time I used a wrap around for a while.
I'm buying a 3\4 shell helmet and I don't want to put a windshield on my Slim so I wanna get face shield.
Pros and cons on the wrap vs the bubble please.

I use a bubble shield. I did 350 miles this weekend with a smoke bubble and no glasses.
I just saw another type of shield made by Licks. It's an insert that basically just covers the eyes....sorta like a fighter pilot. I was thinking about giving it a try.

Why not just go to a full face helmet? You get a face shield, and venting as well as more protection.

I have a bubble flip up I got from Cycle Gear. I wear it with my windshield on rainy days because the rain seems to find its way around the shield. If I wanted to ride the highway long distance without a windshield, I'd wear a full face. But I can't hang on for long riding 85-90 without the windshield. After 30 minutes, I'm starting to get pretty tired. So anytime I do longer distance highway riding, I pop the windshield on.

Retractable
Hd makes a great half helmet that allows sun or prescription glasses to be worn under it. Just pull down the shield and it makes you legal too.
