They should string her up, and 3rd degree aggravated assault is not nearly enough. At the same time, it should be a lesson to let stuff go and don't bring a bike to a car fight. Smacking her mirror was not smart, although I will not confirm nor deny doing it long ago.

 

If she gets any time (which she probably should) I will be surprised.

Dumbass on the Harley just escalated it. Bitches seem more predisposed to act out against riders,one way they can get revenge for all their bad choices in men. There's only gonna' be one loser in those situations,and it ain't the bitch.

 

Rule of wheels 4 beats 2, 6 beats 4, etc., etc.

Count your wheels and theirs. If they have more don't escalate.

 

Rider was a dumbass. If you can't keep your cool, stay home.

 

OK, the chick was in the wrong however, the rider should have maintained his cool. You don't bring a bike to a cage fight because you'll never win.

Christ, if I chased down & confronted every cage that dissed me, it would be a DAILY occurrence. If they're tailgating, better to pull over, let 'em pass, continue on with my ride, and enjoying my day. Unfortunately, this guy didn't and it cost him. Just senseless, IMO.

 

Road rage can end up nasty.
Seems like the woman started it and biker escalated it.
Bikers fault for the situation ending up like it did.
Could have just taken the next right turn and got rid of her if the tailgating was really bothering him.
Not condoning what she did.

If she was in a dump truck he could have shot her.

 

This is a felony offense which will more or less **** on the rest of her life. If convicted she's going to get at least 3 years according to NJ law. Not sure how much more strung up she should be? Oh an the psycho bitch did turn herself in to her credit.

I don't know, I think in times past this would have been a lesson about not picking a fight you can't win. Now it's a story of 2 people who can't control their temper, and 1 is going to have their life ruined over it.
