Default exhaust-SE stage-1 AC kit- mapping

I have received yes & no's from other source's, so I thought I would come here and get a few more. I just recently purchased a new 2014 Ultra 103 HO. I ordered Rineharts slimline true duals with 4" mufflers. I am also going to purchase the SE stage-1 Air cleaner kit. here is the question that I get so many YES & NO's on. Do I need this air cleaner kit or is there enough air flow with the stock cleaner ? If I do purchase the SE stage-1, do I need to also purchase the SE street tuner and re-map the ECM ? Pro's & con's please !

What are you trying to accomplish? You don't need the air cleaner if you don't want it. If you're just looking for better sound forget about intakes and tuners.
