What are you guys using for winter lay up. Startron or Sta Bil

none. Todays gas has tons of preservatives/stabilizers built into it. Each spring my stuff starts right up, no problem. And I don't have to deal with that "crappy running first ride in the spring" to burn up that tank fuel of soapy gas if I used one.

I don't always use a fuel additive

But when I do, I use seafoam

I didn't use any last year (I forgot). The bike sat for 3 months in an unheated garage and didn't move. I started it up on the first try and it ran great. So I'm not doing anything again this year.

neither. use non-oxygenated fuel before storing

If I am unable to fill up with 0-Ethanol, I'll use Star Tron to separate the water molecules from the ethanol. Ethanol (and all alcohols) have an affinity for water which they will absorb from the atmosphere. Not a good thing in your fuel tank.
