They answer my questions / give me exactly what I ask for - nothing more / nothing less

They want too much money.., while offering too little value

most annoying would be a salesperson trying to convince you a Harley Davidson is some hard to get exclusive thing and that's why they get more are priced above MSRP.
So dumb.

Most important - knowledge of the bikes, dealership, and not pushy. Engaging personality.
Most annoying - The close attempts - "what's it going to take for you to ride out of here on a new Harley today?"
