There is a special place in hell for thieves. Please keep your eyes open for these bikes.

Anybody that has ridden any amount of time, especially hard, has been through a bike or more in a way we would have preferred not to. This sucks and I hope the best for all but I have always carried heavy insurance on my bikes (thank God!!!!).

What bothered me most about the article was the following: "The common thread is that all three owners ride for the American Legion and Patriot Riders in Tempe." We are the Patriotic Guard Riders!!!!! Well, unless there is another group I am not aware of????

I hate theives and I can't begin to fathom who would steal from three Vets who served to protect our freedom. That's just beyond me.
I hope they find these low life scumbags.

Well that sucks wonder if someone is targeting the Patriot Guard Riders or just a bad coincidence. Hope they find their bikes.

That's one of the most ignorant comments that I've read on this forum.

I'd like to see you say that to the owners faces and 'laugh out loud'

I can't imagine anyone not having insurance in their bike, so they'll likely get them replaced. But whether they're Vets, little old ladies or 1%ers, I hate thieves as much as killers and child molesters. I hope they all pay for their crime.

Silly question, So how did the thieves know that the bikes were owned by Veterans? I'm a Vietnam era Navy Vet, and their's nothing on my bikes that shows that the bikes are owned by a Vet. Just wondering.

Any of us who have had things stolen know how "violating" that situation is. Worse than that (for us Canadians anyway) is the fact that when thieves are caught, they suffer so little consequence under the law. At least in Arizona you have Sheriff "Joe" Arpaio. Up here we have Sheriff "House Arrest" and Deputy "Community Service" keeping our crooks in line. The question isn't so much why some people steal but rather why anyone doesn't.
