Don't know which of the 800 some USA Harley dealers has the best price. What I do know is that my dealer is moving them as fast as they hit the floor, or at least they were last time I was there. That doesn't bode well for discounting. Go shopping and see for yourself what the prices are in your area. I can think of worse ways to spend an afternoon.

Good luck! The StreetGlide is the number 1 selling model for several years running now. I dont believe any of the posts here about deals several thousands below MSRP. I doubt ANY Dealer has ever lost a single penny they wanted on a StreetGlide.

Just rented one, 2014 to see what a bagger was like...it listed for 24k and would sell for 18900 because it was a rental bike....less than 10k miles...coool looking bike, but not ready for it yet- I still like wind in my face.

The best deals in the Midwest for me was Bald Eagle, Duluth and Vandervest ! I guarantee you can get 2K off MSRP catch em between Dec and Feb 15.

MSRP out-the-door was pretty common for the '14s. Also heard a few that got short maintenance packages. Bottom Line: HD has 14 stock left - used to be unheard of. There's probably good deals still to be had on '14s.

Who has the best prices? A private seller in 2 years who gets the pointless itch of upgrading to a new bike for no good reason. There are usually plenty of those.

Or wait 5 years and get an even better price. Like my 09 road king that I just picked up for 9k. That's half retail! Granted, it's got some miles and a few small dings and scratches, but it also came with an upgraded air cleaner, etc. That's totally worth 9k off in my book.

I agree I'd never by a new harley again. Too many garage queens 2-5 years old, garage kept, low mileage, all services done at dealer (usually only the 1k, sometimes it's had a 5k). Just saw a 2011 road glide with Yaffe apes, d&d exhaust, heavy breather and leds with 4,500 miles going for 11,500 obo. Wish I was in the market.

I went back and forth between silver and daytona bue at two differnent dealers. They were both 2014 abs and security units. I got the silver one down to $19000 plus tax and plate and bought the blue one for $18950 including a sissy bar plus tax and plates. Nobody really wanted to blow out a 2015 but that was okay with me because I wasn't all that crazy for any of the new colors.

I agree I will picking up a used 14 w abs and security when I'm ready to buy and I'm sure I can find one at a good price with super low miles
