Default Harley for Terminator Genisys

Remember when Terminator 2 came out, everybody and their brother wanted a Fat Boy like Arnold rode in the movie.

The franchise is being revived, with the new movie being called Terminator Genisys.

I thought it might be fun to speculate what kind of bike Arnold might ride in this one.

Will it be a new model that HD will roll out with the movie release? Will it be a regular bike done up with a few unique features such as paint, wheels, and badges, calling it Terminator Edition?

The black Fat Boy was such a perfect fit, I think it would be hard to top that.

Maybe HD would take the opportunity to redesign the Fat Bob, axing the ridiculous rear fender and dirt bike like dual headlights?

Maybe it could be a return of the Springer Softail, (the one with the skinny 21" wheel like was built in the early 90's)?

Or perhaps go the comedy route and have this older, graying Terminator ride a Geezer Glide?

Or, a better version of the Live Wire electric bike?

Maybe a Fat Boy style bike powered by a supercharged VRod engine?

I've got the exact fatboy from the movie with the optional saddle bags and everything. Black with the same pinstriping. I bought a '94 last year with only 3000 miles on it. It's mint, a real time capsule.
After I got it me and the old lady went on a Arnold movie watching tear. Terminator two doesn't hold up like I thought it would. The kid is really annoying. Total recall on the other had was great in a hilarious kind of way.
"Consider that a divorce". Lol!!

To which of the three movies are you referring to?

You do realize that is like saying, probably a Ford. There are different models.

True, but still a good flick. The Terminator was the perfect bad guy. Period. I get the whole re-programming thing, but it makes the movie a lot more suspenseful when he is a killing machine... Not a teddy bear with fangs.

Sarah Connor IS posing on a Fatboy on one of the entertainment weekly covers... I bet it's just a publicity thingy, but 'ya never know... Hmmm...

I remember when the first one came out. I still think it is the best of the Terminator movies. Second was pretty good too. I'm betting they deep six the franchise with the next movie. Hollywood just makes made for TV quality movie stories these days. They need to spend more on writers and less on special effects. The Bob might be a good choice. I always found the idea of running away from anything on a Harley a bit ridiculous because they just don't have the performance to do it.

I'm guessing a fatboy, slim, or breakout.
