Default Whats the difference between 2011 and 2014 Electra Glide

I was just wondering what the big difference is other then being 3 years newer between the 2011 and 2014 Electra Glide Classic Lt. I have a 2011 now and maybe this would be a good time to look for a 2014 left over and make a trade. I only have 10.000 miles on mine and it's like new but this maybe a good time to move up 3 years.it seems like the value of these bikes drop pretty fast I notice that bikes like mine are being advertised for sale at around 16 to $17.000 and some less then that.

Better do some research. Motor/cam, controls, audio, front end/suspension. Lots.

A whole lot of upgrades. I traded a 2012 for the 2014's just for the upgrades. At 70 this will be my last bike.

I was thinking the same thing I just turned 71.

Big improvement. I went from an '11 UC to a '15 Limited last month. Well worth the upgrade IMO.

Lately, Harley has been refreshing models every 5 years. The prices drop considerably if you aren't selling the current model. That's why yours has dropped so fast, because you have the last model.

Next refresh is due in 2019. Don't fret too much, if you had any other bike, it would be 1/2 of what you paid.

It's like the difference between night and day.

The result of the changes is more than the sum of it's parts. Demo or rent one and see for yourself.

What's stopping you ?. Spend the coin and enjoy before you drop.

You only have 10,000 on a 4 year old touring bike, keep it. The changes aren't worth it when you only ride 2500 miles a year. Don't lose your money chasing what you don't need.
