I have not tried those but I have tried some from the local parts house. Lot less expenseive. Very happy with them. Believe they are about the same thing.

I've used their LED bulbs in my speedometer (it's the old type with replaceable bulbs).

Has anyone ever use these types of LED bulbs? These are sold by Kuryakyn.Attachment 406739
I have used them in my car. You can buy them in a lot of auto parts stores. They work well, very bright, last a very long time and they use only a tiny amount of electricity.

I have a pair of red 1156 types in my rear turn signals. Works great, very brite, and basically the same shade of red as the tailite unit. Got them from auto parts store for 15.00 for the pair. I am now on the lookout for a pair of amber 1157 for the front. I have the clear lenses front and rear and because they are clear, you cant see them in the housing until they are on.

I use these on the rear of my bike.

They are spendy, but much more visible than the ones pictured above, or the ones the local auto parts sells. By design they use the whole reflector in your tail lights, the others just shine light out the rear, so it looks like a small spot of light in a larger circle.

Did you have to add a resistor for that bulb?

the bike is a 2014 low rider. I have the hd led tail light and there is no load equalizer for it.
on my 06 i had a led tail light but it required the load equalizer
the bikes have very different computer set ups
