I ordered a Saggy Bags kit with the locking kit. It was delivered Monday, but they left out the locking kit. Even though I am right, I always hate to call and complain, but I called Monday afternoon and told a young lady there that my order was short. She told me to wait a minute while she checked my order. Thirty seconds later she came back on the phone and said You're right, I'll send it out right away. Today, Wednesday, it was delivered.

I never had a problem with them that I had to call about, but I can tell you, their product really holds up. My saddle bags still look better than new.

 

I put the bag kit in my 01 Heritage bags about 6 years ago and the bags still look great.
