Where are people riding and where is good to go ride in the southwest? I just moved to Oklahoma City and I have some time off next week so I want to load up the bike and go log some miles!

Welcome to Oklahoma. There's some great riding in the area. Check out the Talimena scenic byway down in the SE part of the state. There are great rides next door in AR too. The Pig Trail is the first one that comes to mind.
People ride down here (Lawton area) for the burgers at the Meers store, the ride up Mt Scott, the wildlife refuge, and Medicine park.

We haven't had snow here in VA yet and plenty of folks are still riding.

We haven't seen snow here yet either.
Just got back from a nice ride, even though I had to wear a long sleeve t-shirt, brrrrrrr.

AZ is fine if you stay away from the I40 corridor. Lotsa senior/retired/old people snowbirds in AZ right now, should resemble FL.

Just got back from a ride in the northern Shenadoah valley (VA). Saw maybe 6 other bikes. About 50 - 52 out, not too bad at all.
