You really need to rethink this.
How will you know what parts fit different years, and models?
You need you own ideas, not someone elses style, virtually everything has been done before.
If you're buying secondhand parts there are no guarantees.
If you go ahead, whatever you think it will cost, at least double it.
As suggested elsewhere, buy the style of bike you like, and modify it.

New to bikes and want to build your own? It's possible because my first one was an old bike and I made it like I wanted it. All I can say is Good Luck.

Personally, I'd buy a new one.

Start with an MSF course, then decide what your first bike will be.

Unless you have a garage and plenty of tools already I'd suggest starting there. Not trying to discourage you just suggesting to look at the big picture of possible expenses.
