Keep a close eye on the fairing cap. Two things will happen if enough material wasn't removed.

1) The plastic piece that says Fork Lock, Ignition and so forth will be under tension and the two alignment tabs will break off at the bottom leaving it loose and sloppy. No big deal, but its a precursor to item number 2

2) There will be tension between the inner fairing and the cap directly below the radio. You'll notice it when the PAINT! starts to rub off. Ask me how I learned this lesson.

Thanks Duracell,I'll keep an eye on those parts.I forgot to mention that I was pleasantly surprised at how the clutch operation has changed after the clutch cable (Barnett) replacement,it's like cutting into butter with a hot knife!
