MAYBE, but I doubt it. The level of distraction determines the probability of an accident.

 

i havent seen this here in washington, not sure how old it is or if it is new for the coming riding season

I got hit while sitting at a stop sign in October. The first thing the guy said when he got out of his truck was, "Sorry I did not see you there". Good PSA, hope people watch.
