Is it ever done?
While looking a Heritage Softails I see most of them have soft sided bags. Does anyone put hard sided lockable bags on a Softtail?

I put the hard top and lock kit on my Heritage. You really need that special glue they mention in the installation instructions.
FYI, while we were in Sturgis someone tried to get into my saddlebags. Locks stopped them, they went on to easier pickings. Might not stop someone who really wants into the saddlebags tho.

I have the lockable hard bags (quick detach) on a Heritage. Big improvement over those stock saddlebags. SJ Ron
