Had little time this morning to browse for some new chrome - and they have the site closed for looking at parts for maintenance. No time line as to when it will be back up

 

If you are going to do any type of system or site upgrades, a major holiday is the best time to do it. Although the IT guys at the MoCo are probably not thrilled about it.... they are there or doing it remotely.... and if the SHTF they have to get to fixing it

 

Yes I found this out too, I was trying to find the service area and check the vin on my bike.

 

IT guy for 30 years and we had to pull maintenance when the systems were at the least being used. We used very late on Sunday nites. Did that forever. Glad I am now retired from that field. Christmas would be a good time. Employees probably didn't like it, but they may doing some sort of major conversion. We shall see.

At one time it was a common practice for HD dealers (and I believe the Factory also) to shut down from Christmas day to New Years Day. I think some dealers still shut down; not sure about the factory. This might be the reason that the online store is down for maintenance.

 

come on, y'all should know by now that the only reason the website is down is so they can input the new (higher) prices

 

had a little Christmas money to spend -- but can't look to see prices
