What do these dash lights mean?.,,
I noticed on the last few rides I've taken that the yellow cel and the alarm light, come on for a few seconds after starting, then goes off. It does it almost every time I stop for a light also. The bike itself is running great. It seems to run stronger in the cold air. So any ideas on what makes the light come on? It's a '05 Road king with a stage one download, 56k miles.,,

The yellow light on my bike is the battery light. I know on mine, the battery was going out and I had to replace it. But this was on my bike. Maybe someone else can add to your question.

I replaced the battery about 2 months ago and it starts fine, plus it's on a tender any time it's in the garage. Like I said the yellow and red alarm light come on and go off together. I never use the alarm , does it have a low battery in the fob warning feature?.,,

no idea about the alarm, but the CEL will come on at start and then clear, if it comes back on there is a stored code.
After 50 starts, with no further detected issues, the code will self clear.
If it is on when you stop there is a good chance it could be a low voltage issue.
Easiest thing to do is to read the codes, second would be to read the voltage with a meter.
There are ways to read the codes through the speedometer depending on the year, or by jumping 2 pins on the 4 pin data connector, with the consumer version code reader ( I have one, worth every penny) or by bending over and grabbing your ankles and having a stealership code it for you... or an Indy with diagnostic software and a laptop.

Check the codes yourself through the speedo, write down the codes to see what they are. Clear the codes. Could be historic or could indicate a problem.
