wrap with bubble side AWAY from paint, lots of Styrofoam surrounding in box , use quality box & mark "Fragile" on box.

wrap loosely in plastic and make an expandable foam "bed" inside a box. Drape plastic sheet over everything and then top off with expandable foam.

This will make a protective, form fitted expandable foam box around your parts

This is the only way I'd ship painted body parts. Pack and ship stores have the expandable foam.

I put the tins in old SOFT CLEAN tee shirts ( or even new ones from WalMart they are cheap enough) and then pack them with bubble wrap, styrofoam, and make sure they can't move around in the box.

You can also put them in a plastic bag once they have been wrapped in a t shirt and bubble wrap and use "Great Stuff" or expandable foam to make a bed for them... make sure the box is lined with a plastic bag too

Default Great advice!

Thanks so much! I never thought of expandable foam and was worried about the bubble wrap sticking. This is all great advice. Happy New Year all!

One item per box. Wrapped well and snug fit. Insure the package.
