Se pro tuner
Does anyone know if a SE pro super tuner can be in mated from a bike? I'm told I have to keep this thing cause it has the factory programming for the ecu stored in it. Well I wanna put that program back so I can put a pro fuel pak on it. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this is already posted somewhere. I wasn't able to locate one.

The bikes ECU can be un-programed from the Tuner but once the tuner is linked to the ECU that's it, it cannot be used with another bike. I'm just curious as to why you'd want to install the Fuel-Pak instead.

Just put stock tune back in if you have the ability. Don't think you have to do anything else because it just flashes ecm. then install your fuel pak. I assume you mean the vance and hines one.

I would think that when it's on the dyno the tech is gonna crap is pants.
Stay with the SE is my advice. And pay for the dyno time it's worth it to know what got hit in the ground then go from there.

No dealers around me have a dyno. I ordered a cable for it so I will hook it up with the laptop and see what i am permitted to change and how it all works.

Are you having troubles? I use the fuel pak and it works fine for my application. I would recommend it to anyone. But I would not recommend you switch out the S.E. Tuner for one. As for ease of use from my understanding you really should know what your doing if your gonna change variables with a pro tuner. That's one of the big differences between these tuners.
