Looking to eventually change my bars to 14" Apes but i want them to be color matched Tribal Orange to match my CVO Road King. Im guessing its not going to be easy with all the internal wires and Hydraulic brakes and clutch..Probably pricey as well..Going to call my dealer to see if they have a hook up and compare cost but would like to hear ideas before i do.

 

I wouldn't want the bars painted. Will look like crap before long. I'd get a set of bars, maybe from a maker of your choice before they chrome plate them. Then have them anodized to the color you want. Anodizing would be tougher, and shinier than powder coating also.

 

You`d have to find a painter to match the paint,as HD doesnt sell the CVO paint I believe.

 

I know but you can come close.. There is a 14 CVO King online in Tribal Orange with matching color apes looks great but not the style apes id go with.. Color looks the same tho..
