Mardi Gras time in New Orleans
I wish that all you Harley davidson riders could experience riding down here during the Mardi Gras. It's would be a once in your lifetime adventure.

I love New Orleans but I don't go anywhere near it during Mardi Gras...Too many drunk kids starting trouble...

I've always wanted to ride down to "The Big Easy", but I'll pass on Mardi Gras. I'll do Carnival though.

I live in New Orleans but, riding in the French quarter is often more trouble than it's worth. My left hand starts to hurt towards the end of Decatur.

Mardi Gras is AWESOME - I used to live down that way, and my Dad was from there. We still take a trip down at least once a year for no reason other than to party for a couple of days in the Quarter, eat some good food, and party some more in the Quarter. LOL! We're actually gonna be down there during Jazz Fest this year!

I was born there and lived there for a number of years. It's a sewer. Period.

Due to a then marriage I used to spend a LOT of time in Louisiana and frequented the Quarter every trip. A lot of good memories.
Haven't been back since Katrina though and I suspect that when I do it will make me very sad.
