Default Cost to paint a tourpac?

Can someone please give me a ballpark cost to repaint a tour pac? Color would be white hot pearl. I'd be using a shop; probably not doing this myself.

Found one in Sun Glow Red complete with air wing, top rack, mounting rack, all laches & hinges, antenna, and quick detach hardware for $600.

If painting cost isn't ridiculous this could be a good deal.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

My local guy charged $300 and he custom mixed orange pearl, matched perfect. I gave him just the parts that needed painting, no assy or dissassy for him.

And if you prep it yourself it's even cheaper.
Just hose & go.

Just take a picture of what you need painting to a local shop and get an estimate.

Note though I would think it would be a minimum of $2-300 just to fire up the paint gun.

Contrary to what some people think, it's not just fill a sprayer and go.
Good painters make it look easier than it is.

Around here...about $250 per piece (and the lid counts as a piece). That includes removing rack, hinges and latches, prep, paint, and re-assembly of rack, hinges and latches. If you can catch him when he's painting something else with the same color, you might get a break.

MB,
Hell, go buy the materials, prep the damn thing out & find a good place to spray.
I'll load up my guns & come spray it for ya just as an excuse for a road trip.

The paint it self will be about $100+ I used to paint cars and some bike parts and the paint and the mix that goes in the paint got to be too expensive.

Hey Riptide,
I don't like being called a BM! LOL!!! MB works better, FYI.

Thanks for the offer. It's a bit cold in ATL right now though for a ride up here.
