Do a search on items for sale on ebay with that part number. (that's your competition) The do an advanced search for sold item. Then you will see what it's about worth. It may fit a free padded envelope priority 2-3 day $6.00 flat rate anywhere in USA US Postal shipping. Go to US Postal and they will send them to you free. Probably not chrome, looks like someone just sanded and buffed. Just my gut filling (I have sold 500+ Harley items) but probably worth little but you never know. Just be careful since you need to know about what you sale. Really need to measure thickness so you can be upfront in what you sale in used brake parts.

As Ripsaw stated above - here is the Ebay listing for rotors with the same number - http://www.ebay.com/sch/eBay-Motors-...R40&_nkw=44136 - although these have different last 2 digits.

Stock front rotor for Evo Sportsters or big twins. Last one I bought was about $125 new (last fall). Yes, Sunstar in Japan made the brake rotors for H-D at that time.

No idea what it's worth used, because I've never bought a used brake rotor.
