I wouldn't think so with all the changes. If it were completely stock and in excellent condition, maybe. I've see the equivalent bike (the '92 Daytona) go for $11,500.

 

Like a cup of Starbucks coffee, it's worth what people are willing to pay.
Come to think about it, it's like buying a Harley!

I'd pay 10K for the the right 1st generation shovel Sturgis, but the 2nd generation was little more than a Sturgis badge on a Dyna and some black powder coat.

I'd probably pay about 10k for that 82. 10k for the 91? Never. Maybe about 6.

 

1980 FXB - True Twin Belt and I have most of the original parts on the shelf. - Don't have the original seat or tool bag - Also didn't pay 10K - no way for the 91.
