Default most bang for my buck!

I am between bikes (divorce) anyway... I have about $7k to spend on one at the end of the month.

I have owned and rebuilt all brands, bee ridding 30 years. I just don't know what to get....

I know my choices are limited with just that much. I could get a sporty, hardtail and chop it. and it would be nice. or a big twin, but then no money left over to do anything to it. kills me to ride a stock bike. lol

any advice?

Shouldn't be too hard to find a good used Super Glide for that price range.

Agree above, Big Twin Dyna Superglide anything starting with FX. FXR Evo 5 Spds can be found anywhere in your price range. Newer FXD's may be a little harder. I have owned 2 FX and 3 FL's and the best Sport ride is found in the FX series.

Easier to buy a Big Twin & do mods slowly, than to buy a Sporty, mod it up, then want something bigger.
Around here, you can get a mid 2000's Softy with decent mileage for that kinda kablingy.

Brother I'd take that 7 G's and go get a brand new road glide, have them do a stage 1 with tune and be set. So what that you have a little payment each month, that 7 G get ya started real well...

You might be able to pick up a gently used Police bike in your price range. Some have mods done, or add your own.

Agreed. There's really good deals out there but sometimes they are hard to find.
