Long Legged Passengers??

Long Legged Passengers??
I have a 2006 Dyna SB and I am trying to figure out the best(and cheapest) way to extend/lower the passenger footpegs. My girlfriend is 5'7 and her legs get a bit cramped on the standard passenger peg position. Is there any way to lower/move them forward to make her more comfortable on longer rides??
Thanks for any help in advance! I am new to this forum

Little Harleys must have the pegs set up pretty high. Of the two tall gals who ride two up with me,one is 5'10",the other 6' even,no discomfort complaints from either one,on the Road King. Maybe you can get her to try a different postion........................................... ...................................

There are lots of adjustable passenger pegs that can change the position. Look for "adjustable passenger pegs" and "offset passenger pegs"...I think "dropped passenger pegs" too.
Bear in mind...location of the pegs, her feet, and your pipes. Naturally if you have aftermarket pipes...depending on what they are, could interfere with some pegs that have extra offset.
Another way to change her legs position is what kind of pillion she's on (the rear seat). Thicker ones will raise her up, which basically extends her legs a bit. Also different seats can have her forward a bit or to the rear a bit, and what kind of pad you have on the sissy bar.
I had an '06 SB (although modded quite a bit to be more like an old school SuperGlide).....I'm 6'5" and wife is 5'4" but she has long legs and usually wears higher heeled boots when riding on back. The bike was setup very comfortable for 2-up riding....we poured a lot of miles on that bike 2-up.
Another topic.,..have you replaced the inner primary bearing (IPB) yet? And the front stator? If you haven't...I have a few threads around the forums here about them, it was 2x things that were new on '06 models that are pretty much guaranteed to fail. Encourage you replace the stator soon....and you'll have plenty of time to get the inner primary done as it goes very slowly and you'll know it by sound. But the stator will chew itself up very quickly (like in 1 trip....ask me how I know).
