Tuning problems

Hi..new to the site. Me problem is I bought 04 heritage with a 95in.SE big bore kit on it. Its was never tuned correctly & I had to bore it 20 over. I am wondering where the best place to take it is in northeast pa.

I would recommend a ride a bit north of you to Hillside Cycle. Scott has a lot of experience with all kinds of builds.
