Default Should I buy a 2015 RGS now..?

It's been a bit of time since I have posted, but I am looking for some advice.

Currently riding a 2012 Dyna Street Bob that I have customized quite a bit with lots of RSD, Leather Pros bags and such... But Its time for an upgrade. While I LOVE my bike, its not the best for long highway rides.
Test drove a 2015 Road Glide Special at my local dealership that I am very involved with and I think its the way to go.
They are going to give me a little of $10k for my Dyna so all in all I will be financing right around $12k. Been working them over the past couple days and I think I have new handlebars, Custom Dynamics Mini Beast air horn (have it on my current bike and saved my life twice, so its a must have) and a sissy bar with pad worked into that price. Will probably finance a stage on top just to get things how I want.

I guess my questions (or concern is) should I buy now..?

My finger is a little off the pulse when it comes to baggers. Are their any potential positive changes coming to the line in 2016? Think the price will drop more if I wait a couple months...?

I am very eager to jump on this deal, but I am impulsive and a little fearful I might be jumping the gun. Let me know your thoughts and feedback.

Thanks all.

Not the best time to be buying, but if have a deal your comfortable with that is all that matters.

If I were trading in a bike to the dealer, it would go back to as stock as possible. They aren't going to give you anything for the add-ons. Take them off & sell them.

2015 was a major upgrade so don't expect anything earth-shattering in 2016. I wouldn't expect a price drop until Thanksgiving when the shops are slow. Then you miss an entire season of riding. If you like the deal, go for it.

Umm the 2015 came out in or around aug 2014. I would check the build date on the frame to make sure it is a true 2015.

No I wouldnt buy it but would wait till the season is over, but since you live where snow exists, now would be a good time to buy until it hits the prime selling season which is soon if not now.

I am looking at the Road Glide, but don't want to pull the trigger, and then have them reintroduce the Road Glide Ultra for 2016.

No, I don't think the price is going to drop in a couple months.
It will be Oct or later before most dealers want to do anything drastic with pricing.

If he is looking at the new Road Glide, they are all 2015's.
Yes, they were released in aug 2014, but that is the way they are every year.
There wasn't a Road Glide model for 2014.

In my opinion, there is a good possibility of that.
But nobody knows for sure yet I don't think

One of those things were there is always something better just around the corner.

Actually the *major* upgrade was in 2014. I don't think there will be much in the '16's though. The sweet spot will be to buy a new '15 when the '16's come out. But if you see something you like, go for it. There will always be bigger and better next year.
