Default flat jack

I want to replace my flat jack which has failed me again after a dozen uses. I keep the screw threads greased well but they still do not hold up to the weight of an Ultra Classic. Is there anyone out there that knows of a flat jack that has some longevity to it ?

Default Flat Scissor Jack

I have one I bought from Greg Smith equipment in Atlanta. It cost about a hundred bucks plus shipping about 8 years ago. When I got it I used Teflon grease in the worm gear and the slide rollers inside the bottom. It has never failed me and I have never greased it again. I use it to raise either the front or rear of my Road Glide Ultra and the Dyna...no problems.
I think it is called a black Max.
