I can't say that I've noticed that. Do that also say they give the smallest amount of protection?

Yes I see that all the time..."smallest" or "lowest profile" or "least mushroom"...

...many of them are the same manufacturer that keeps pushing out products under another label...since not long after introduction to the market, it will be put under scrutiny, go under testing..and fail tests, getting a bad rap and sales will slump. So they resurface the product under another label ...get a ton of sales, and start the process all over again.

 

Got a DOT cert on my old Outlaw,they gotta' prove MINE won't pass. Haven't seen any lighter,or lower profile. Anybody who knows where I can get ten more in XL,PM me. Don't really give a crap about 'em passing some "test". I know what I like.

 

How about these? I think this is what the Packers use...they fit on the top of a pencil, so it would be like, actual size for them.
