Default touring suspension.

Does anyone know how many pounds of pressure should my stock shock be when riding solo? I have a 2014 street glide.

manual/owners guide should provide some base line. I found on my 13 SG that somewhere around 35# started giving better ride. your best bet is to start someplace, and add / subract pressure and see what suits you....

Manual is a good starting point, also depends on your weight and tire pressure.

You are the final determining factor when setting up suspension. Not some chart in the manual. My Road King (2010) runs smooth as silk with 45 lbs. I don't change it for 2 up. Tire life and road performance are outstanding. I'm 210 lbs,and ride with some tall gals. Do the homework.

The standard street glide has the (garbage) air shocks.

Really? No touring bike owners allowed in General Harley Davidson Chat?
The pressure range for my '04 Road King's air shocks is 10 to 35 Lbs PSI.
For solo riding, I run about 15 Lbs in mine and maintain it with the Harley air pump.

Sure everyone's welcome, but for the greatest number of responses to a question related to a "Touring" bike it best to post the question in the "Touring" forum.
